Do you include pricing information in packages, my order is a gift?

The packaging list that is included in the package does not show pricing. However, it does include both the purchaser and recipient names.

Do you offer engraving?

We do not offer engraving service at this time.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping service at this time.

Do you offer greeting cards?

We offer complimentary custom greeting cards that can be sent in the box along with the product. If you wish to take advantage of this, you may place your order online or over the telephone. If you choose to place your order online, please Contact Us by telephone as soon as possible to provide your card's message. We must hear from you before your order is processed for shipment. Please DO NOT contact us by email with greeting card requests as it's possible some requests may not be viewed before the order is shipped.

Do you offer printed catalogs?

We do not offer printed catalogs at this time. We do however work hard to keep our web site updated with current information.

Do you sell brand new products?

Unless clearly noted otherwise; we only sell brand new, factory-sealed products. This assures that any product you receive from us is new, factory-fresh merchandise. Every product is also covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Do you sell outside of the U.S. and Canada?

At this time we are only authorized to sell within the United States, U.S. Territories, Canada, and to U.S. military personnel serving overseas (APO & FPO addresses). Please visit our International Orders page for more information.

Why am I charged for shipping when the total amount of the order is over $50.00?

A free shipping method is offered when the “product price” is over $50.00, excluding sales tax and shipping cost charged.

A free shipping method is offered on orders shipped to the contiguous United States.  This excludes; Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Why do you not offer free shipping outside of the contiguous United States?

Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico have significant shipping cost when shipped from the contiguous United States. We establish our product pricing at the lowest reasonable price possible. Because of this, we are unable to offer a free shipping method for areas outside of the contiguous United States.
